If it doesn't fit

Online orders: 14 days from purchase
In-store purchases: 30 days from purchase
Condition: Unused, unworn and in the original packaging. No visible signs of wear, odour or damage. Accompanied by a physical or digital receipt.
Receipt: Required — physical or digital. Returns without proof of purchase can't be accepted.
Damage or defects: Report within 10 days of purchase — bring the item and receipt in.
In person: Bring it to the counter — fastest way to exchange
Exchanges: Size swaps are the most common — just ask

The two windows differ on purpose: buy at the counter and you get 30 days, buy online and you get 14.
Gear that's been trained in isn't returnable, but tell us if something failed early and we'll help with the warranty claim.
The binding policy is the one shown at checkout. If anything here disagrees with it, checkout wins.

For hygiene reasons

Mouth guards: Ask before you buy — we'll match the size to your bite and age.
Groin protectors and cups: Sized on waist, not trouser size. Check the chart at the counter.
Underwear and compression shorts: Try the sizing sample we keep out rather than guessing.
Any opened protective gear: Inspect it in the shop before the packaging comes off.
Worn apparel: Try it on here — unworn apparel is returnable, worn isn't.

None of the above can be returned or exchanged once sold. This is not fine print we want you to discover at the counter — the categories are non-returnable for everyone's protection, and no shop can resell them.
So inspect them before you buy, and ask. We would much rather spend five minutes getting your mouthguard size right than sell you one you can't return.
Everything else on the shelf can be tried on, closed a fist in, and put back.

Avoid the return entirely

Most returns are sizing. Our charts cover gloves, shin guards, shorts, headgear and kids gear — and Thai shorts sizing catches almost everybody out.
